Twilight Moonrise | Mount Shuksan

This oil painting is referenced from a photograph taken at twilight on the very short Table Mountain jont just off Artist Point at Mt. Baker National Park. I stood at a turning point on a sweet smokey early October evening in 2020,  when I chose to continue to live in Washington rather than move back to Montana. I said yes to this hopeful moonrise of possibilities.
 
This is also a great example of how I can use a photograph as a reference to make your special moment a custom work of art.
